When I turned 60 years old, it occurred to me of how blessed I was to be feeling so well & that I am still able to play baseball with my grandchildren. (I have 14 grandchildren & have played ball with all of them & still continue to do so.) I am experiencing a strong sence of well being. In fact, when I turned 62 I received a birthday card from one of my good friends who wrote "You don't look a day over 25".
